Sign up with your email and password or via Facebook.    You will recieve an email with your verification code (check inbox or junk emails) Add it on the app to get access on OLYMPUS FITAPP.                        

Once you sign up you have access to all the trainers near your location.

To verify your account check your (inbox or junk email) to find the verification code.Add it on the app and get access on OLYMPUS FITAPP.

To login into OLYMPUS FITAPP you will need to add your email and your password or you can login with your Facebook account.

Simply tap on ‘MY PROFILE’ and edit your details.

Your password must be:
8 Characters Long
1 Uppercase Letter
1 Number
If you forget your password, there is an option to ‘Forget password’.

You will need to be 18 or older to have an OLYMPUS FITAPP account. If you would like to enquire about a trainer, please get in touch via the email below.

On the menu tap on ‘BOOKING HISTORY’ and you can check your PAST & ACTIVE TRAINING SESSIONS.
You can check all the details about your purchases.

You supposed to recieve this email after you have communicated with your trainer.
One session has been deducted from your Personal Training package for your session. Please check the box to mark the session as completed in the ‘ACTIVE SESSIONS’. This way you will know how many sessions you have completed and how many sessions are remaining to complete the package.

If you have trained with your trainer or you have planed a session ahead this notification ‘Training session completed’ sent by your trainer.Just mark the box on ‘ACTIVE SESSIONS’ so the session it’s confirmed as completed from your side.

This way you will both know how many sessions you have completed and how many sessions are remaining to complete the package.

Please attempt to reestablish contact with the trainer. If you don’t receive a response, reach out to the OLYMPUS FITAPP Team with your booking details. We’ll personally contact the trainer on your behalf. Once a trainer is confirmed, they will make their availability open for you to finalize the booking.

1.Choose the service you wish to use and click on Start Now.

2.Select the date and time and choose the Trainer you like for a Personal Training Introduction session of 60 minutes. 

3.Add the Workout place you prefer and any relevant instructions about yourself or the meeting place in the “additional instructions” section and send a request.  (Don’t forget to add your place’s addresses in your profile)

4.Once your Trainer accept your request you will get a notification 🔔 to pay for the session.

5.Connect your bank card to your wallet and transfer the amount of the session.

6.Now that you purchased the session you can see on ”Active Details” your booked session.

*Once you’re pleased with the introductory session, all the packages for this Trainer will become accessible and available for purchase.

After each ‘Complete’ session, you will get a notification for confirmation. You can manage your Active Sessions by tapping on ‘Booking History’.

If you have any complains you can ‘Report’ the trainer to us (at the top right corner of the screen) 

There is no limit as to how many sessions you can complete in a day as far as you arrange them with your trainer.

No, you have the option to use your own equipment if you please, you can always communicate with your trainer about equipment and convenient workout place.

Use the filters to select ‘Group Training’ and will appear the trainers that providing group training.
Check out the Group Training package description On ‘My Packages’ of every trainer.

If you don’t find any suitable package you can contact the trainer for making a specific package for you.

Each of the trainers have the relevant qualifications required for the service they are offering.
On trainers profile you can find out their qualifications and their background in the fitness industry.

Yes, all the trainers are required to hold adequate Public Liability Insurance which covers legal liability for death, injury or illness to others and loss of, or damage to, third party property.
The Register requires fitness professionals to hold an annual liability policy.

OLYMPUS FITAPP covers most areas in Central and West London. We are looking to expand as OLYMPUS FITAPP grows. Make sure you follow Olympus Fitapp on Social Media, this is where we announce any Updates.

Once you have purchase a package for your first session, the trainer will be in touch to gather more information.All information given will be kept confidential treated with the utmost respect. We request that if you do have any injuries, that you talk to your GP before booking a training.
If you would like the trainer to focus on/ avoid a particular area, just let them know and they will amend their technique to suit.

You can get a Personal Trainer at a time and place that fits in with your schedule.

This is something we take very seriously and would like to offer you the strictest confidence that any details or data you provide is kept safe and kept.

Yes, you can select on our services ”Special Disabilities” and follow the flow as any other service. If you need further guidance don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer support team, we will be able to recommend the best trainer for your specific requirements

Unfortunately we don’t accept cash, all payments are taken via the App ,this includes any other charges the trainer may need have.
We accept Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, Master Card and AmEx.

Trainers who accept payments outside of the app will face consequences, including potential banning from the platform. It is your responsibility to keep track of sessions and ensure any necessary security measures for transactions conducted outside of the app.

We do offer PayPal as a payment method. We accept all major credit cards, including Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, MasterCard, and American Express.

Your package will remain valid for the next 90 days, providing you with an opportunity to complete your sessions.

Unfortunately you cannot but you can book via the OLYMPUS FITAPP available on iOS.

OLYMPUS FITAPP covers all central areas of London and is expanding.

You have the flexibility to schedule sessions at your home, office, or a nearby park—we’re adaptable. Taking advantage of the opportunity to integrate fitness into your routine is now more convenient than ever.

Alternatively, if you prefer training at a gym or studio, you can view the available training locations on the trainer’s profile. After booking your PT Intro session, you can engage in further discussion with the trainer for additional details

Choose between a monthly subscription priced at £18.99 or opt for the annual plan at £99.99 to enjoy savings.

For seamless session management, communicate openly with your trainer. Provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid disruptions. To reschedule, access the Active Details screen and tap the calendar📅 icon.

Always try to communicate in good faith with your trainer to book and complete your sessions.
Try to give a notice 24 hours before you cancel to don’t effect the trainer’s business.

Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session rate.            

 If for any reason, the trainer needs to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your next session will be provided free of charge.

You can always reschedule if is more than 24 hours by tapping on the calendar📅 icon on top right of the Active Details screen.

If you’re satisfied with OLYMPUS FITAPP you can recommend it to your friend or other trainers/clients.

Refer a Friend option is on the menu in the app at the bottom right side.

Once your funds are in the wallet, they cannot be refunded to your bank account. However, you can utilize these funds within our app services. Purchases of packages cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in unforeseen circumstances. If such circumstances arise, please feel free to contact us at support@olympusfitapp.com

When you deactivate your OLYMPUS FITAPP account, your profile and packages won’t be visible on OLYMPUS FITAPP anymore.If you would like to deactivate your account just email us on support@olympusfitapp.com.
